Such is the case with so many tenanted condos and homes. Life get's in the way, and not every-one wants to invest in expensive furniture, or appreciates a well-designed home.
We recently helped a client list her 2 bd condo in the lovely Beaconsfield Village. The condo had been tenanted for years, by two young gals who, it seemed, had never learned how to clean a washroom. The place was horrifying. Further, they had surreptitiously snuck in a puppy, contrary to the lease agreement, and the toilet training took a toll on the floors.
During our Consultation, we recommended new floors, a fresh coat of paint (walls AND trim!), and a thorough, detailed, top to bottom clean.
